Salary Range: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year (plus mileage agreement, salary based on experience)

Field Representative – primary job function takes place outside of the office, inspecting homes and projects before, during and after installations. Tasks include checking job readiness, monitoring installers' work, ensuring timely completion, and attending to outstanding details. Field measurements and work order verification for accurate material ordering and coverage.

• Communicate with customers and project managers daily
• Drive from jobsite to jobsite – planning and prioritizing each day
• Schedule work efficiently
• Determine best methods of installations and repairs
• Ensure job completion to customer satisfaction
• Respond to complaints or questions regarding installations
• Pick up and deliver materials as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flooring installation experience a plus; construction experience helpful
• Commitment to safety in all work practices
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize tasks
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and insurance required
• Reliable vehicle for job site travel
• Must pass drug test and subject to random testing
