ETI is an independent heavy equipment dealer specializing in used, rebuilt and aftermarket parts for the construction and mining industry. We are looking for a motivated individual to help grow our team and business further, with an emphasis on quality, speed, and proficiency, we want people that want to make a difference.

Looking for an experienced welder familiar with welding repairs in the heavy equipment industry.

• Welding of machined parts for hydraulic repairs
• Welding/repairing heavy equipment components – blades, buckets, etc.
• Performing line boring/welding repairs
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation
• Helping technicians with repairs and tear-downs
• Miscellaneous fabrication and repair work

• Must have previous experience welding multiple processes
• Good problem‑solving skills
• Must be reliable, prompt, and have a sense of urgency
• Good mechanical skills, ability to use hand and power tools
• Must be able to move large and heavy components
• Previous line‑boring experience a plus
• M‑F 8‑5:30 Business hours with frequent opportunities for overtime
• Occasional Saturdays when workload requires
• Must be able to pass drug screen
