Salary Range: $48,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year

Ride Rug, a top privately owned flooring company since 1934, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Representative to join our team. We value family, teamwork, and delivering excellence to our customers.

Our Field Representative works outside the office to inspect homes and projects before, during, and after installation. Responsibilities include checking job readiness, monitoring installers, ensuring all work is completed, and handling any outstanding details. The role also involves field measuring and verifying that the correct quantities of materials are ordered and available for each installation.

• Communicate with customers and project managers on a daily basis
• Drive from job site to job site, planning and prioritizing each day
• Schedule work to be done efficiently
• Determine the best method of installation and repair
• Ensure jobs are completed to the customer’s satisfaction
• Respond to complaints or questions regarding installations
• Pick up and deliver materials as necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flooring installation experience is a plus; construction experience helpful
• Commitment to safety in all work practices
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize duties required
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Reliable vehicle for traveling to job sites
• Good communicator
• Required to pass a drug test and subject to random testing
