As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a critical role in keeping our service department running efficiently by:

• Delivering exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
• Creating repair estimates and opening service work orders
• Scheduling equipment repairs and coordinating shop workflow
• Communicating with customers regarding repair progress and completion
• Ordering and tracking parts to minimize equipment downtime
• Working closely with technicians to ensure repairs stay on schedule
• Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
• Monitoring job progress to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
• Supporting a safe, organized, and productive work environment

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and enjoys working with both customers and technicians.

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience required
• Previous Service Writer experience is a plus
• Experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, diesel, trucking, agriculture, or automotive industries preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn service management software
• Experience scheduling work or coordinating workflow preferred
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to occasionally lift heavy parts as needed

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays during busy periods
• Overtime available
