Job Title:
Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Service Technician
Pay Rate: $25 - $35
Location:
Sharonville, OH

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM start, 8-hour shifts
Start Date:
ASAP
Per Diem: $75 per day
SCOPE OF WORK- Perform start-up and commissioning for commercial/industrial HVAC and controls systems
- Service and troubleshoot boilers, heaters, and mini-split systems
- Work on energized (live wire) equipment while following strict safety procedures
- Complete service work tasks including diagnostics, functional testing, and documentation
- Support projects requiring travel, typically about a week at a time
- Coordinate with site teams to meet commissioning and service requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience required
- Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide).
- HVAC service and commissioning experience in commercial/industrial environments
- Willing and able to travel up to 4 hours for select projects (up to one week at a time)
- Required credentials: OSHA certification, lift certification, EPA certification
- Background screening required for school projects
- Arc flash training required (training may be provided if not already held)
