Direct Support Professional (DSP) Supervisor – Full Time
Sharonville, OH (Saint Joe’s Residential Program)
Schedule: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM every Friday, Saturday & Sunday

- Provide compassionate, person‑centered support to individuals in a residential setting
- Lead, mentor, and train DSPs, Leads, and volunteers
- Assist with scheduling, staff orientation, and performance evaluations
- Ensure all DSP duties are completed accurately and on time
- Delegate tasks and maintain smooth operations during your shift
- Support residents with daily living skills, routines, and personal goals
- Maintain documentation and uphold agency policies
- Promote a safe, supportive, and home‑like environment
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of supervisory experience in the developmental disability field
- 1+ year of leadership experience
- Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points) + proof of insurance
- Willingness to drive agency vehicles
- Ability to pass a knowledge and skills assessment
- CPR/First Aid (provided upon hire)
