Position Description

Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Sharonville, OH— offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about.

• Weekly pay, guaranteed $1330 per week
• Solo Miles Pay: $0.49 per mile with 2500 miles per week
• Solo Stops Pay: $11.00 per stop (5–15 stops per week)
• Drop & Hook Pay: $6.00 per drop/hook
• Shutdown Bonus: $2000 in first year
• Safety Bonus: up to $250 per quarter if applicable

  Monday – Friday or Tuesday

Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 roadside maintenance, and company drivers fuel up trucks at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide.

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder drug test
• Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check incl. drug/alcohol verification for last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements
• Class A verifiable experience: 9 months within past 3 years, or 2 years within last 5 years, or 5 years within last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards, guidelines
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards
• Maintaining accurate records and logs
• Loading/unloading freight or assisting in loading/unloading if required by customer
• Perform other duties as assigned
