Position Description
Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Sharonville, OH— offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a driving career you can feel good about.
Pay & Schedule- Weekly pay, guaranteed $1330 per week
- Solo Miles Pay: $0.49 per mile with 2500 miles per week
- Solo Stops Pay: $11.00 per stop (5–15 stops per week)
- Drop & Hook Pay: $6.00 per drop/hook
- Shutdown Bonus: $2000 in first year
- Safety Bonus: up to $250 per quarter if applicable
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday or Tuesday
- Saturday - Start time: may be AM or PM due to bid system
- Deliver SOLO to: IN & OH
- Route:

- Auto Parts - Strong Backing Skills Required

Trucks are 36 months or newer, include 24/7 roadside maintenance, and company drivers fuel up trucks at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide.

Requirements- Minimum 21 years of age
- Pass a Ryder drug test
- Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check incl. drug/alcohol verification for last 3 years
- Pass a DOT physical
- Pass a Ryder road test
- Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements
- Class A verifiable experience: 9 months within past 3 years, or 2 years within last 5 years, or 5 years within last 10 years
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
- Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures
- Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards, guidelines
- Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards
- Maintaining accurate records and logs
- Loading/unloading freight or assisting in loading/unloading if required by customer
- Perform other duties as assigned
