This position involves the operation of a powered pallet jack or similar equipment and the use of a radio frequency (RF) device. The role requires an individual capable of picking orders in a timely and accurate manner while maintaining a safe work environment. The candidate must demonstrate willingness to accept change and be proactive. Certification in both LTL and Ship Line picking and packing and versatility to work in either area are required.

• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT).
• Use RF technology:
  • Pick orders accurately and timely.
  • Stack boxes onto pallets for optimal fit (up to 84 inches tall).
  • Label pallets with the applicable movable unit (MU).
  • Apply correct customer carton labels during picking.
  • Solve picking mistakes and report repetitive errors to the Supervisor or Team Lead.
• Maintain a clean work environment in racks, aisles, and PIT locations.
• Notify the Supervisor immediately of any safety issues.
• Work between LTL and Ship Line order picking as needed.
• Work an 8- or 10-hour day plus overtime as required.
• Lift frequently and repeatedly up to a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Communicate effectively.
• Process international orders.
• Successfully complete a one-day Train the Trainer class.
• Hold training certification for LTL and Ship Line picking.
• Follow all safety guidelines and report violations promptly.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Train the Trainer certification or equivalent within three months of assignment.
• Goal-oriented, able to work under pressure, and succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated good judgment, independence, and initiative.
• Certified in all pick types and proficient in shipping instructions for each type.
• Basic math and keyboard skills.
• Attention to detail to maintain 99.92% pick accuracy and 95% efficiency rating.
