• Enter, update, and organize client information within internal records and tracking systems with accuracy.
• Coordinate appointments, referrals, and related communications to help ensure a smooth intake experience.
• Maintain confidential files and handle sensitive information in accordance with organizational standards.
• Work closely with program staff to share intake updates and support efficient client onboarding.
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as preparing documents, managing correspondence, and organizing intake materials.
