Torborgs Shawano Lumber is seeking an experienced Kitchen Cabinet & Counter top Designer/Sales Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who has a strong background in cabinet design, sales, and customer service and is looking to build a long-term career with a reputable company.

• Design kitchen, bath, and cabinetry layouts using 2020 Design/CAD software
• Work directly with homeowners, builders, and contractors to develop functional and attractive designs
• Create project estimates and present design solutions to customers
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and cabinet drawings
• Conduct accurate jobsite measurements for cabinets and countertops
• Coordinate projects from initial consultation through completion
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire design and sales process

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in kitchen cabinet design, counter top sales, or a related field
• Proficiency with 2020 Design/CAD software
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and cabinet drawings
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry, counter top products, and basic construction practices
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and professional attitude
