Laboratory Technician – PEAK Genetics

PEAK Genetics is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our laboratory department in Shawano, WI. This role involves evaluating and packaging bovine products that are distributed worldwide, and you will work closely with a team focused on bovine genetics and client satisfaction.

Monday – Thursday 9:30 am – 6:00 pm;
Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.

• Perform processing work according to standard SOPs.
• Evaluate samples for motility, concentration, volume, and quality.
• Maintain accurate records and inventory.
• Keep records on bull registration and enter them in appropriate databases.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Capacity to work on feet and stand for long periods of time.
• Willingness to learn and follow company protocols.

• Basic computer skills working with Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Effective communicator with attention to detail.
• Detail‑oriented with a knack for organization and process.
• Ability to work with numbers and input data.
• Willingness to grow and develop both personally and professionally.
