Laboratory Technician – PEAK Genetics
PEAK Genetics is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our laboratory department in Shawano, WI. This role involves evaluating and packaging bovine products that are distributed worldwide, and you will work closely with a team focused on bovine genetics and client satisfaction.

Shift AvailabilityMonday – Thursday 9:30 am – 6:00 pm;
Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
- Perform processing work according to standard SOPs.
- Evaluate samples for motility, concentration, volume, and quality.
- Maintain accurate records and inventory.
- Keep records on bull registration and enter them in appropriate databases.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Capacity to work on feet and stand for long periods of time.
- Willingness to learn and follow company protocols.
- Basic computer skills working with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced, team environment.
- Effective communicator with attention to detail.
- Detail‑oriented with a knack for organization and process.
- Ability to work with numbers and input data.
- Willingness to grow and develop both personally and professionally.
