Pharmacy Technician

Theda Care -  - Responsibilities:
Processes medication orders on time to progress the patients plan of care;
Is responsible for own and other team members adherence to regulatory guidelines and Theda Care policies;
Follows current policies and regulations around preparation of sterile compounded products;
Under the direction of the pharmacist, carries out delegated tasks to adhere to five rights--right patient, right medication, right dose, right route, and the right frequency;
Completes documentation on time and in compliance with organizational, state, and federal statutes, regulations, and policies relating to the record keeping requirements of pharmaceutical handling
