Shawano County is seeking an IT Support Technician to maintain hardware and software for all County computers and peripherals across departments. You will keep inventory logs and support users with technical issues.
You will install, update and troubleshoot Windows, iOS and Android systems; maintain devices, printers and networking basics; and participate in after-hours on-call support while contributing to project work as assigned.
