Charter Casting, part of Charter Manufacturing, seeks Melt Deck Operators for 12-hour shifts (6pm-6am) at 2900 E Richmond St, Shawano, WI. Pay is $27/hr with a $2,000 signing bonus after 90 days, plus quarterly and profit-sharing bonuses.
Candidates need 1 year in manufacturing and a high school diploma, plus the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. We are a fourth‑generation family‑owned company focused on teamwork, safety and continuous improvement.
