Production Assembly position 2nd shift Shawano, WI (four 10-hour shifts, Monday - Thursday) plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by assembling components and products according to established specifications and quality standards. This role ensures that production targets are met efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The individual will collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot minor issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret basic assembly instructions and blueprints.
