LPN - Patient Care Specialist

Wellpath is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Shawano, Wisconsin, to play a critical role in patient care by contributing to assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation processes. Under RN supervision, the LPN will perform patient assessments, implement treatment plans, administer medications, and document care effectively.
