Duration: 8 Weeks (Possible Extension)

Work Schedule:

Variable Night Shift | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 8-Hour Shifts

Hours:

48 Hours per Week

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the RN or physician.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and resident progress.
• Assist with care planning and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and state regulations.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting safety and comfort.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Active Wisconsin LPN License (or Compact License, if applicable).
• Minimum of 1 year of Long Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Ability to work night shifts, including every other weekend (EOW).
