Electromechanical Maintenance Technician

Charter Steel -  - Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, modify, adjust, and repair electromechanical equipment and systems;
Perform regular and preventive maintenance on electromechanical equipment;
Inspect equipment daily to identify startup problems and ensure calibration and quality;
Repair and calibrate pneumatic assemblies and install, maintain, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems;
Maintain drawings, blueprints, schematics, and inspection manuals; utilize CMMS for parts/inventory management; support learning programs and drive improvements;
Ensure all control systems on production lines operate per procedures and minimize downtime; maintain HVAC systems; wire and update electrical systems and components; apply lean principles to troubleshoot and improve processes and equipment
