Job SummaryProvides transportation for the Aging Unit, as well as delivers meals to the homebound. This is a part-time position, working on an as needed basis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Deliver home delivered meals to the homebound elderly.
- Check on well-being of participants being served home delivered meals.
- Report to supervisor on the condition of the homebound participant. Submit necessary written reports.
- Attend various trainings.
- Perform other related work as required or assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Required to have a reliable vehicle and have a good driving record.
- Requires knowledge of the county roads and streets.
- Requires a valid Wisconsin Driver's License and adequate insurance as required by County Policy. Adequate auto liability insurance to satisfy current county requirements.
