Resident Services CoordinatorThe Resident Services Coordinator supports the overall success of the community by upholding Cohen-Esrey’s values, maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies, delivering exceptional resident service, and coordinating maintenance operations.

- Scheduling maintenance service requests with service techs
- Handling all maintenance related resident concerns
- Scheduling make ready turns with vendors
- Performing move out inspections and assessing charges
- Performing final make ready inspections
- Ordering maintenance supplies
- Entering purchase order requests
- Experience scheduling make ready turns and working with maintenance technicians
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proven 2+ years with Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
- HS diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of property management systems and processes
- Personal smart phone technology required
- Onesite software and Realpage product knowledge
$24 - $26 per hour. Final agreed‑upon compensation based upon individual qualifications and experience.
