Position Summary:
This position serves on the Division of Vehicles Training Team. Responsibilities include designing, developing, implementing and evaluating a variety of training programs delivered in a variety of formats, including classroom and computer lab, online and virtual training. Creates user guides, job aids and Power Point presentations. Conducts needs analysis and follow up evaluations. Acts as a liaison between managers, counties, users and trainers to analyze and evaluate our training programs.

Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum Qualifications:
Two years of experience in developing and delivering training materials and presentations.
Preferred Experience:
Prefer experience using Computer Based Training development software, such as Lectora and Captivate and experience with a Learning Management System such as Learn Soft.
Preferred
Skills:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, proofreading, editing, and attention to detail.
