Sales and Production Coordinator

Pay Range $20 - $25 per hour

The Sales & Production Coordinator assists the division with scheduling projects, tracking progress and expenses, and communicating with other team members, performing various tasks described in more detail below.

• Provide support to coordinate daily operations of other employees in the department
• Daily review & approval of crew members’ time into Arbor Gold
• Answer customer phone calls and schedule leads and appointments for Sales Team/Management
• Enter leads, jobs into the system as needed and assist with scheduling
• Deliver regular reporting to ensure key stakeholders are kept abreast of project statuses
• Support the delivery of change and communication activities associated with current projects
• Manage and accurately track all clients, contracts, invoicing, expenses, and data management associated with projects in the division
• Approve jobs and send invoices out to clients through Arbor Gold
• Serve as a project liaison to other team members and divisions

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of related experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Well‑organized with ability to prioritize
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
