Railpen is seeking a Business Continuity & Resilience Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract to strengthen organisational resilience across the business. You will work with stakeholders to anticipate, respond to and recover from disruption.
You'll gain exposure to business continuity, operational resilience, supplier resilience, crisis preparedness and risk management, helping shape capabilities and improve decision-making during change. This role is maternity cover.
