General Laborer

Coffman Services is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to assist with construction, remodeling, property improvement, and maintenance projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can follow instructions, and works well as part of a team.

• Assist skilled tradespeople with daily project tasks
• Load, unload, move, and organize tools and materials
• Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after projects
• Perform demolition, cleanup, and other general labor duties
• Use basic hand and power tools safely
• Help with remodeling, painting, fencing, landscaping, and other property-improvement projects
• Follow instructions from supervisors and project leads
• Observe company policies and job-site safety procedures
• Complete other duties as assigned

• Previous construction or general labor experience is preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
• Ability to work effectively with a team
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is helpful

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry construction materials, tools, and equipment
• Ability to safely perform repetitive physical tasks

Compensation

Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and job responsibilities.
