Customer Support Service Engineer Position Details
- Designation:
Trainee/ Assistant Engineer/ Engineer – Customer Support
- Education:
ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Electronics and Communication. - Experience:
0–2 year
- Provide service, support, and maintenance of PPS equipment in Indian Railway projects.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and testing of Electrical/Electronic systems and components.
- Coordinate with senior engineers and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare service reports, documentation, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while working on-site.
- Willingness to travel across PAN India project sites as per requirement.
