Pay Rate: $28‑43 per hour.

Conversion bonus (upon full‑time hire) up to $5,000, dependent on experience.

• Conduct engine and aircraft inspections (TR, MPI, HSI) as per maintenance manuals.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic engine and aircraft issues on‑site and off‑site.
• Assist with complex repairs and engine installations.
• Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble aircraft engines; replace LRUs as needed.
• Support fueling/defueling, engine operational checks, and functional tests.
• Operate and assist with ground support equipment.
• Perform basic sheet metal and electrical repairs.
• May perform Designated Inspector (DI) duties if qualified.

• Possess an Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license.
• 3+ years of experience in aircraft turbine engine maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documents and repair manuals.
