Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Principal Process Engineer – Device Assembly to lead end-to-end process engineering for device assembly equipment in large-molecule biotherapeutics. You will own equipment design, commissioning, qualification and start-up for commercial manufacturing, collaborating with cross-functional partners.
The role requires 7+ years in device assembly in a cGMP setting, strong aseptic know-how, and proven project leadership.
