Mentor Technical Group is seeking an Automation Engineer to provide immediate resolution of OT incidents on the packaging line. You will work within a Service Now environment to triage, log data, and escalate as needed.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting on-site incidents, collecting data for root cause analysis, and creating knowledge base articles. Rotating shifts, including overnight hours, are required.
