Commercial Loan Officer — Financial Services

Our client, a respected leader in banking, is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to manage and grow its commercial loan portfolio. This role involves working with diverse business clients, including small to mid‑size businesses, corporations, real estate investors, agribusiness, and startups.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients
• Evaluate and underwrite commercial loan applications with financial analysis
• Structure loan terms that align with regulatory policies and protect the bank’s interests
• Monitor loan performance and ensure compliance throughout the loan lifecycle

• 5+ years of commercial lending experience with expertise in underwriting and managing loans
• Proven success in business development and client relationship management
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and financial analysis skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in banking software, loan origination systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
