Pay Range: $12.00 - $17.00

This is a part‑time position - Friday and Saturday only.

• Perform all nail services and reception duties

• Perform all nail services, including acrylic application and rebalancing, gel polish application and removal, traditional manicures and pedicures, and nail art.
• Ensure all equipment is clean, sanitized, and organized after each client and at the end of the workday.
• Greet clients and conduct professional consultations prior to treatment.
• Advise clients on nail care and product usage.
• Manage time efficiently, meeting service time allotments.
• Possess knowledge of all services offered and actively “up‑sell” or boost business within the spa.
• Handle reception duties as needed, including client check‑in/out and daily spa booking requests.
• Retain and build a stable clientele.

• Hold a Cosmetology or Nail Technician License from the state of Oklahoma.
• Be knowledgeable about all facets of the nail industry.
• Ensure all services and products are charged correctly.
• Proficient with computers: booking software and related programs.
• Have cash handling experience and ability to process electronic payments, gift certificates, and vouchers.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and co‑workers and work as a team player.

• Incumbent is under the direct supervision of the Spa Manager.
• Manager assigns work, schedules, provides guidance, and is available for assistance when needed.
• Routine work performed independently following set procedures.

• Medium complexity involving decision making, front desk duties with multiple distractions, and multitasking.

• Sitting for extended periods.
• Occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, and stooping.
• Repetitive motions.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Excellent communication with clients and staff.
• Problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to take directions and ask questions.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Honesty and integrity.
