• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, therapies, and other off‑site destinations in accordance with our established protocols and procedures
• Ensure resident safety and comfort during transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including mileage tracking and resident logs.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure the maintenance of our fleet and adherence to safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized transportation plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff, ensuring that our high standards of care and compassion are consistently met.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in healthcare or transportation may be beneficial
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
