Kiowa District Healthcare is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Clinic Registration Representative to join our Rural Health Clinic team.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an essential role in creating a welcoming, compassionate, and efficient experience from the moment they walk through our doors or call our office. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to outstanding customer service help ensure every patient feels valued and cared for.

What You'll DoWelcome patients, families, and visitors with professionalism, kindness, and compassion.

Schedule patient appointments while coordinating provider schedules to ensure efficient patient flow.

Answer incoming phone calls and direct patients to the appropriate department or team member.

Register patients, verify demographic and insurance information, and maintain accurate patient records.

Collect copayments and payments while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Assist patients with registration forms and answer questions regarding appointments and clinic services.

Confirm upcoming appointments and communicate important visit information to patients.

Maintain organized front office and waiting areas that create a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

Collaborate with providers, nurses, and clinic staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Protect patient privacy while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent.

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong communication and phone etiquette.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.

Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Previous medical office, patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
