As a CNA-Evenings-PT at Merriam Gardens Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care to our patients. • Provide high-quality direct patient care, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding patients
• Assist with vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed nurses
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care and services
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Demonstrate a high level of respect, empathy, and understanding in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues
