Job Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our evening shift, you will play a vital role in providing top-quality medical care to our residents. Our state-of-the-art facility in Shawnee, Kansas offers a supportive and collaborative environment, where you can grow your career and make a real difference in the lives of others.

• Providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and personal care assistance
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient care and status updates
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and progress
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff
• Developing strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive care experience

• Current CNA certification in the state of Kansas
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
