CNA-FT-Nights - Shawnee, Kansas

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our night shift team at Merriam Gardens Healthcare & Rehabilitation. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

As a CNA-FT-Nights, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. Your primary duties will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing vital signs and monitoring resident conditions
• Assisting with feeding, toileting, and other personal care needs
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide exceptional patient care and support to our residents
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress
• Participate in resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Assist with medication administration and vital signs as needed
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
