Prairie Band Casino & Resort is seeking a Steward Department lead to coordinate and supervise dishwashing and pot washing operations in the kitchen. You will train, evaluate, and guide staff while upholding department standards, ensuring smooth daily activities.
On-site role with additional benefits including a $750 hiring bonus, $50 gas gift cards during onboarding, and a $1 hourly shift premium for hours from 6pm to 6am, plus a 401(k) match and profit-sharing opportunities.
