Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water and shipping. As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth.

So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.

About the job As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Service Center Managers across the U.S. in attracting, selecting, onboarding, and developing skilled trades talent, including mechanics, technicians, welders, inspectors, and other technical professionals. You will have the opportunity to build talent pipelines, strengthen recruiting practices, support workforce development initiatives, and create a consistent onboarding experience that helps new hires become productive and engaged quickly.

This role also partners closely with managers to improve hiring effectiveness through coaching, behavior-focused interviewing, and recruitment best practices. Currently, this is a Hybrid opportunity located in Greenwood, IN. This is a temporary, one-year assignment.

  • Build and strengthen relationships with technical schools, trade schools, apprenticeship programs, workforce development agencies, military and veteran programs, and community organizations.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs.
  • Coach hiring managers on behavior-focused interviewing and selection techniques to improve hiring quality and consistency.
  • Support implementation of structured interviews, candidate evaluation tools, and recruitment best practices.
  • Conduct onboarding programs to ensure new hires receive a strong introduction to safety, culture, and job responsibilities.
  • Perform I-9 employment eligibility verification for new hires and support onboarding compliance requirements.
  • Support training and development programs that enhance employee readiness and long-term success.
  • Track recruiting metrics, hiring trends, retention indicators, and workforce planning data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Promote a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

We care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes. We also believe behavioral traits can provide important insights into a candidate's fit to a role. To help us achieve this we apply Pymetrics assessments, and upon application you will be invited to play the assessment games.
