Position Summary & Responsibilities: IT Project Manager

Project Manager - Business Analyst I is responsible for capturing and analyzing business and technical requirements while also applying strong project management skills to drive successful delivery of IT initiatives. This role ensures solutions meet business needs, align with organizational priorities, and comply with quality and regulatory standards. The Project Manager
-BA will collaborate with stakeholders, lead requirement and testing efforts, and actively manage project plans, risks, resources, and communications to support on-time and effective outcomes.

* Elicit, document, and analyze business needs, functional specifications, and system requirements.
• Develop standardized templates and ensure alignment with best practices and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to manage dependencies and ensure requirements remain aligned with project objectives.

* Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and work plans.
• Track progress, manage risks and issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Coordinate and manage resources, including internal teams and external vendors.
• Provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders and prepare project reports for leadership.
• Ensure project deliverables meet defined scope, quality, and compliance standards.

* Partner with the Testing Manager to define test strategies and scope (unit, UAT, regression, and integration).
• Create and manage reusable test templates and guidelines using Zephyr for JIRA.
• Facilitate defect tracking, test execution, and alignment with project timelines.

* Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to promote collaboration and trust.
• Communicate requirements, expectations, and project updates to stakeholders in a clear and consistent manner.
