Education Four-year college degree or equivalent industry experience.
Experience Minimum 5-10 years of Commercial Property & Casualty underwriting experience.
Excess & Surplus Lines experience.
Minimum 2 years of leadership, supervisory, mentoring, or coaching experience.
Licensure Active State Property & Casualty License. (Preferred)
Skills & Competencies Advanced technical underwriting knowledge.
Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages, markets, and carrier guidelines.
Proven leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
