Pay
:
We offer a great wage of $18.75/hour, with an additional $3.00 weekend differential!

Schedule
:
You work evenings from 8:30 PM to 4:00 AM, with five days on and two off.

What To Expect
:
As our Overnight Property Maintenance Technician, you spend your evenings inspecting our properties and sprucing things up for residents and visitors. You actively seek out ways to improve the property and keep it well-maintained, performing duties like picking up trash, clearing debris, and driving a sweeper vehicle. A positive "can-do" attitude and a dedication to customer service help you excel!

Motivated to maintain a safe, clean environment, you collaborate with your team members to pull off efficient, impressive work. You share ideas, insights, and strategies for enhancing our property maintenance processes and addressing potential safety hazards, helping us continuously improve our properties. Diligently, you also maintain our sweeper trucks to make sure they're always ready for action!

Requirements
:

• Positive attitude
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work night and early morning hours
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

While not required, management experience would be a huge plus. If you're great at problem-solving and motivated to provide excellent customer service, you could be a great fit for this Overnight Property Maintenance Technician position!
