All Care Services, LLC is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Nighttime Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team in Kansas City, KS. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-kept environments during evening hours.

Pay: We offer our Nighttime Facilities Maintenance Technician a competitive compensation at $18.75 per hour, with an additional $3.00 per hour weekend differential.

This is a full-time evening position, with a consistent schedule from 8:30 PM to 4:00 AM, working 5 days on and 2 off.

As our Nighttime Facilities Maintenance Technician, your shift will begin with a thorough inspection of properties to ensure they are clean, safe, and free of debris. You ll be responsible for trash removal and operating maintenance sweeper vehicles with precision to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness. Working alongside a supportive team, you ll collaborate to identify and address potential safety hazards while maintaining the performance and appearance of sweeper vehicles.

Your role is essential to creating safe and welcoming spaces for everyone in the community.

• Valid driver s license with a clean driving record

• Positive attitude

Experience in manual labor, driving/delivery roles, or maintenance work is preferred for this evening position.

Additional Information: Ability to clear a drug test upon hire.
