We are a growing Smoothie King franchise location experiencing strong sales momentum and increasing customer demand. We’re seeking a results-driven General Manager who is passionate about leadership, team development, guest experience, and operational excellence.

This role offers a competitive base salary PLUS performance-based bonuses tied to measurable metrics — giving you real upside without sacrificing stability.

• Base Pay: $48,000–$54,000 per year (depending on experience)
• Performance Bonus:

• Labor management
• Inventory cost control
• Guest experience scores
• Team sales performance (Enhancers & Extras)
• Annual Compliance Bonus
• Typical Total Earnings: $60,000+

• Lead all daily store operations
• Hire, train, and develop team members
• Manage labor and scheduling
• Control inventory and cost of goods
• Drive sales performance and upselling initiatives
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Deliver exceptional guest service

You will help shape the culture and performance of the store, with support from ownership.

• Strong leadership or management experience (QSR / retail preferred)
• Ability to manage labor, costs, inventory, and performance goals
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• A track record of accountability and results
• Positive attitude and desire to grow professionally

Experience is valued, but what matters most is your ability to lead, motivate, and execute.

• Full-time general manager role
• Typically 45–50 hours per week, including weekends
• On-floor leadership and presence
• Flexible to cover peak operational periods
