What You’ll DoAs the General Manager
, you’ll:
- Lead all daily store operations
- Hire, train, and develop team members
- Manage labor and scheduling
- Control inventory and cost of goods
- Drive sales performance and upselling initiatives
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Deliver exceptional guest service
You will help shape the culture and performance of the store, with support from ownership.
What We’re Looking ForA successful candidate will have:
- Strong leadership or management experience (QSR / retail preferred)
- Ability to manage labor, costs, inventory, and performance goals
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- A track record of accountability and results
- Positive attitude and desire to grow professionally
Experience is valued, but what matters most is your ability to lead, motivate, and execute.
Hours & Expectations- Full-time general manager role
- Typically 45–50 hours per week, including weekends
- On-floor leadership and presence
- Flexible to cover peak operational periods
- Work in a high-energy, growth-oriented environment
