We are a growing Smoothie King franchise location experiencing strong sales momentum and increasing customer demand. We’re seeking a results-driven General Manager who is passionate about leadership, team development, guest experience, and operational excellence.
This role offers a competitive base salary PLUS performance-based bonuses tied to measurable metrics — giving you real upside without sacrificing stability.
Compensation & Incentives- Base Pay: $48,000–$54,000 per year (depending on experience)

Monthly bonus opportunities tied to:- Labor management
- Inventory cost control
- Guest experience scores
- Team sales performance (Enhancers & Extras)
- Annual Compliance Bonus
- Typical Total Earnings: $60,000+

What You’ll DoAs the General Manager, you’ll:
- Lead all daily store operations
- Hire, train, and develop team members
- Manage labor and scheduling
- Control inventory and cost of goods
- Drive sales performance and upselling initiatives
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Deliver exceptional guest service
You will help shape the culture and performance of the store, with support from ownership.

- Strong leadership or management experience (QSR / retail preferred)
- Ability to manage labor, costs, inventory, and performance goals
- Excellent communication and guest service skills

Hours & Expectations- Full-time general manager role
- Typically 45–50 hours per week, including weekends
- On-floor leadership and presence
- Flexible to cover peak operational periods
