Act as the right-hand person to the General Manager, filling in for the GM in all functions when the GM is out of the building;
Support all restaurant operations and conditions to ensure quality of product and customer service;
Assist with hiring, terminations, promotions, and raises decisions and supervise training for hourly team members;
Monitor food and labor costs, budgets, and inventory; perform monthly maintenance and line checks; ensure cash and POS accuracy and security;
Mentor and develop Manager and Shift Leaders, provide timely feedback, and model service standards (Service 101, P.A.C.E.)
