The role manages all personnel across sales (supervisors, outside sales force, merchandisers), office and warehouse, and oversees operation aspects within the territory. You will hire/fire decisions for drivers and others you supervise, develop sales plans, prepare reports, forecast sales, monitor pricing and competition, and maintain professional knowledge via training and meetings.
