1st Shift Production Supervisor (Mon - Fri 7:00 a.m.

- 5:30 p.m.) – Wilson, Sibelco.

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our production team and ensure operations run safely, efficiently, and effectively.

• Lead daily production activities, ensuring safe and efficient operations; supervise employees and subcontractors with safety as a priority; drive accountability and encourage reporting of unsafe conditions; ensure compliance with permits and regulatory requirements; develop and manage annual production work plans.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the site, applying lean manufacturing and process optimization techniques; ensure production aligns with budget and operational targets; partner with teams to solve issues quickly and effectively.
• Ensure production targets and schedules are met; collaborate closely with production schedulers and leadership; proactively address delays, challenges, or resource gaps.
• Balance customer requirements with production efficiency; maintain high standards in quality, output, and cost management.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team for long-term success; build a strong, collaborative, high-performing work environment; conduct performance evaluations and support career growth.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred).
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience with lean manufacturing / process improvement.
• Knowledge of computerized maintenance systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot 480
  
  VAC / 3-phase systems.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical conveyors, motors, pulleys, rigging and heavy equipment handling.

• Six Sigma certification (a plus).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word required).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
