We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanical Flexographic Press & Rotary Die Cutter Operator for 2nd Shift. You will set up, operate, and maintain flexographic printing presses with inline or standalone rotary die‑cutting equipment, overseeing runs from raw material to finished product with high quality and minimal waste.

• Press Setup & Operation:
  Read job tickets, gather materials/substrates, mount plates, install rotary dies, and calibrate web tension, registration, and impression pressure.
• Quality Control:
  Continuously inspect print and cut quality, match colors using spectrophotometers, adjust ink viscosity, and check for registration defects or missing labels.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
  Perform routine preventative maintenance, clean press components (anilox rolls, doctor blades, dies), and fix mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Material & Safety Management:
  Mix/adjust inks, manage unwind/rewind rolls, track inventory, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace adhering to PPE and safety standards.

• Press Setup & Operation:

• Education & Experience:
  
  High School Diploma/GED required. 1 to 3 years of hands‑on experience setting up and operating flexo presses and rotary die‑cutters.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  mechanical aptitude, basic math skills (imperial/metric), and ability to use QC tools (spectrophotometers, calipers, loop/magnifiers).
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Excellent color vision, attention to detail, ability to stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
