---Job Summary We are hiring Machine Operators / Production Associates to set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards. On-the-job training is provided.

---Key Responsibilities
· Set up and operate machines according to work instructions
· Load and unload materials and monitor production quality
· Use basic measuring tools
· Adjust machine controls as needed
· Maintain a clean and safe work area
· Follow all safety and company policies
· Report equipment or quality issues to supervision
· Perform other duties as assigned---Required

Skills & Qualifications
· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
· Basic math and communication skills
· Strong attention to safety
· Reliable and self-motivated
· Flexible to work in different roles---Education & Experience
· Training provided for the position---Physical Requirements
· Lift up to 50 lbs
· Stand, walk, bend, twist, push, and pull throughout shift
· Work in a noisy manufacturing environment---Shift Hours
· 1st

Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
· 2nd
