Senior Pastor Westview Southern Baptist Church

# Senior Pastor The position is for a senior pastor to lead a congregation of 40 to 60 in southeast Kansas at Westview Southern Baptist Church in evangelism, discipleship, fellowship, ministry and worship. The responsibility of the pastor is to lead the pastoral ministries in the church. As such, he works with the deacons and church staff to: (1) lead the church in performing its tasks, (2) lead the church to engage in a fellowship of worship, witness, education, ministry and application, (3) proclaim the gospel to believers and unbelievers, and (4) care for the church’s members and other persons in the community.
